1. Power Off Phone and Remove Battery.
2. Please hold the correct spd feature or china phone boot keys(UP and DOWN or use Miracle Boot Key) for feature/button phones,see the image below.
3. On miracle box under SPD choose the right option and chipset type and click start button.
4. While holding boot key,insert usb cable to phone via PC followed by battery.

i own this itel a12 that entered bootloop after giving it to a 3year old. so, i have ben trying to flash it. i download flash spd from this forums itel a12 support flash file (the first on the list) and wanna use miracle loader since research upgrade
that packed with it didnt do nothing after upgrade tool automatically loaded the packet (by the way, reasearch download couldnt solve the issue look below)
usng miracle loader i followed the instruction but i dont understand why it says Scanning USB Serial port...count:=0_
